Shipping costs to countries within the European Union:

Official shipping charges of international courier companies are used automatically calculated in the webshop during the order.

Delivery time within Hungary:

Orders completed before 12 o clock, next day delivery, orders completed in the afternoon are shipped within 48 hours .

Delivery time to countries within the European Union:

Official transfer time of the international courier companies.

Contracted courier companies: RoadParcel, DPD, TNT, DHL

Shipment is always by these courier companies.

Packaging:

Products are always shipped in boxes and protecting plastic cover film.

Payment:

Payment on delivery is applied only within Hungary.

Products summary shipping coast >7000HUF(>20EUR),

Payment within Hungary and the EU countries is possible via Bank transfer and by credit card.

Warranty terms:

We can accept warranty claims only in case of proper use, according to the terms of applicable laws. In case of warranty claims of products made outside Hungary we always send the product to the manufacturer for test in order to judge the reason of failure. If the manufacturer establishes that the product was not properly used or the warranty seal was broken, the service cost of the manufacturer is charged to the customer.
